Dato' Seri Lim Yeong Seong is the brother of Lim Ming Hong and brother-in-law of Chin Jiunn Shyong, who is married to Lim Ming Hong. Dato’ Seri Lim is the brother of Madam Lim Ming Hong, a substantial shareholder of the Company and the brother-in-law of Mr Chin Jiunn Shyong, an Executive Director/Chief Operating Officer of the Group.
Mr Chin is the spouse of Madam Lim Ming Hong, a substantial shareholder of the Company who is also the sister of Dato’ Seri Lim.
With effect from 1 May 2025, Mr Teo was promoted to Chief Commercial Officer (“CCO”) of the Group, where he assumed overall responsibility for the Group’s commercial and business development functions and leads the Commercial Division.
Subsequent thereto on 30 September 2025, the Company had received a notice in writing from Crowe on their resignation as Auditors of the Company.
The ARMC had subsequently reviewed and recommended that Messrs. TGS TW PLT (“TGS”) be appointed as the External Auditors of the Company for the financial year ended 30 November 2025 in place of Crowe.

Following its listing on the ACE Market on 20 December 2023, which raised gross proceeds of RM18.04 million, the group utilised RM7.00 million for bank borrowings repayment, RM7.34 million for general working capital, and RM3.50 million for listing expenses by November 2024. An investment property was disposed of for net proceeds of RM15.62 million, recording a gain on disposal of RM7.37 million. By November 2024, we had utilised RM7.00 million to repay bank borrowings and RM7.34 million for working capital requirements to support both new and existing projects.

The moderation in gross profit margin is primarily attributed to the higher proportion of high voltage infrastructure projects secured in FYE2025, which carry relatively higher material and subcontractor costs.
