Operating activities generated RM25.4 million of net cash. The company raised RM75.0 million from its initial public offering of 75,000,000 shares at RM1.00 per share, while paying RM7,443,000 in listing expenses and charging RM1,751,000 of share issuance expenses to equity. Capital expenditure on property, plant and equipment took RM5,358,000, and repayments of borrowings used RM3,160,000. The disposal of equity interest in joint venture Shinko Industries Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. brought proceeds of RM4,528,000, while the remaining 40% interest in Wasco Thermal Sdn. As at 31 December 2025, cash and cash equivalents stood at RM138.8 million, with total borrowings of RM42.2 million, resulting in a gearing ratio of 0.16 times and a net cash position. Term loans were unsecured. The order book stood at RM241.3 million, with the majority scheduled for revenue recognition in FY 2026.
